PANAMA CITY, PANAMA (By Piero Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 28.May.2026, Words: 338) — As part of the second phase of the Great National Pilgrimage for a “Venezuela without Sanctions and in Peace,” the interim president of the OPEC country Delcy Rodríguez visited the Venezuelan Cassava Industry (Inveyuca), located in the city of El Tigre, in the Simón Rodríguez municipality in Anzoátegui state.
Accompanied by over 150 producers, Rodríguez observed operations and production of Inveyuca, which processes 180 tons of cassava daily to supply the national food, textile, and oil sectors.
