(Energy Analytics Institute, 4.Feb.2021) — Brazil’s National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels or ANP notified BR Distribuidora on 3 February 2021 and Petrobras on 4 February of an investigative process conducted by the agency regarding fuel produced in the Presidente Bernardes Refinery (RPBC) in Cubatão, São Paulo.
ANP, in an official statement on 4 February said it would provide, within 48 hours, detailed information on aviation gasoline (GAV) outside the specification standards produced in January at the RPBC.
Just over 2,000 cubic meters of this product were sold, according to state oil and gas company Petrobras.
