EP Petroecuador continues with efforts to improve diesel quality

CARACAS, VENEZUELA (By Piero Stewart, Editores Latin Petroleum, 6.Sep.2026, Words: 120) — EP Petroecuador continues with efforts to strengthen its processes to improve quality standards in premium diesel production.

This, through a comprehensive plan that includes the acquisition of a new catalyst, scheduled maintenance, and complementary actions at the Esmeraldas refinery.

“At Petroecuador, we reaffirm our commitment to producing higher-quality fuels and an increasingly efficient operation,” the company said on 6 Sep. 2026 in a post on social media.
