Other Trion field highlights:
— this, as Mexico’s first deepwater oil development;
— the project reached 50% completion at YE:25;
— Woodside plans to use a floating production unit (FPU) with a nameplate capacity of 100,000 b/d to process Trion’s production;

— according to Woodside, the FPU can process up to 120,000 b/d in the early producing years of the field with no water breakthrough; and
— initial oil is expected to flow in 2028.
