HOUSTON, TEXAS (Ian Silverman, Energy Analytics Institute, 25.Apr.2025) — Global technology provider SLB expects services related to the Trion project offshore Mexico — a joint venture between Woodside Energy and Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) — to commerce in early-2026. The project will be managed through SLB’s Performance Live™ digital service delivery centers.
The contract was awarded to SLB in early-Mar. 2025 by Australia’s Woodside for the ultra-deepwater Trion development.
