— Select Energy Services reported revenue of $255mn generated during the 4Q:21, up 25% sequentially from the 3Q:21; the co. reported nNet income of $11.2mn and adjusted EBITDA of $26.4mn during the 4Q:21; the co. also announced that as on 1 Oct. 2021 it closed on the acquisition of Agua Libre Midstream, LLC and other water-related assets from Basic Energy Services, Inc.; as previously revealed on 3 Dec. 2021 the co. closed on the acquisition of the US onshore assets of HB Rentals, L.C., a subsidiary of Superior Energy Services, Inc.; and finally also as previously announced on 13 Dec. 2021 the co. entered into an agreement to acquire Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc.
