Brava updates on BODs statement regarding tender offer

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL (By Brava, 9.Jun.2026, Words: 181) — Brava Energia S.A. received the Official Letter No. 204/2026-DLR, through which B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, on an extraordinary basis, authorized suspension of the 15-day period set forth in Article 21 of the Novo Mercado listing rules of B3 for the disclosure of the reasoned opinion of the company’s board of directors regarding the public tender offer for acquisition of control of Brava, launched by Ecopetrol Investimentos do Brasil Ltda., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ecopetrol S.A.

The authorization granted by B3 results from the requirements issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) in relation to the offer document, which were communicated to the intermediary institution of the tender offer and to the company on 8 Jun. 2026.

Pursuant to the authorization granted by B3, the period set forth in Article 21 of the Novo Mercado listing rules shall remain suspended until the publication of an amendment to the offer document, and the opinion must be disclosed at least 5 business days prior to the date of the tender offer auction.
