ATLANTA, GEORGIA (By Chad Archey, Energy Analytics Institute, 21.Apr.2026, Words: 121) â Pan Global Resources Inc. intends to extend the expiry date of 30,209,661 warrants from 6 May 2026 to 6 Aug. 2026.
Extension of the warrants is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Pan Global issued the warrants on 7 Nov. 2024 as part of a $7.25mn private placement financing, the company said on 21 Apr. 2026 in an official statement.
Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of Pan Global at a price of $0.16.
All other warrant terms remain unchanged. And, no warrants have been exercised to date.
