MEXICO CITY, MEXICO (By Fidencio Casillas, Energy Analytics Institute, 25.Jan.2026, Words: ) — With the aim of monitoring strategic progress and strengthening coordination in Mexico’s priority energy projects, Pemex CEO Dr. Víctor Rodríguez Padilla, along with the head of the Ministry of Energy (SENER) and the director general of CFE Nacional, visited the Zaap-C Processing Center and the floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) unit – Yúum K’ak’náab, also known as “Lord of the Sea”.
