Excelerate Energy Launches IPO

(Excelerate, 4.Apr.2022) — Excelerate Energy, Inc. launched the roadshow for its initial public offering (IPO) of 16,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $21.00 and $24.00 per share. The company also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Excelerate intends to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), under the ticker symbol “EE.”

Barclays, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley are serving as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. Wells Fargo Securities is also acting as a book-running manager. Raymond James, Stephens Inc., Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., SMBC Nikko, and BOK Financial Securities, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
