— State-owned oil giant PEMEX reported oil and condensate production reached 1.769 MMb/d in 2021 vs 1.725 MMb/d in 2020, up 2.5% Y-O-Y, while gas production reached 4.746 Bcf/d vs 4.852 Bcf/d, respectively, down 2.2%.

Venezuela

— Venezuela’s President Nicolás Maduro announced 1 Mar. 2022 over Twitter that he held a telephone conversation w/ his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. During the call, Maduro ratified his country’s “condemnation of NATO’s destabilizing actions” and reiterated his “firm disposition in favor of understanding and dialogue, as a way to preserve peace.”

Invenergy naming Mary King as Executive VP People & Culture where she will oversee Invenergy’s HR functions and look to build and develop Invenergy’s corp. and services teams at all US and int’l locations, the co. announced in an official stmt.

Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) acquired privately-held, Colorado-based Sensor Solutions for approximately $9.7mn in cash. The transaction is being financed from Standex’s existing cash balance and is expected to be slightly accretive to its earnings in its 1st yr of ownership as well as additive to consolidated free cash flow.
