(Energy Analytics Institute, 24.Apr.2020) — Ecuador appointed engineer Jose Luis Peña Arteaga as the country’s new vice minister of electricity and alternative energies.
The official assumed the responsibilities after compliance with Ecuadorian law, the ministry announced 24 April 2020 in an official statement.
