CARACAS, VENEZUELA (By Piero Stewart, Editores Latin Petroleum, 8.Oct.2026, Words: 111) — Venezuela boasts negotiations on 105 strategic agreements associated with state-owned Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) in less than a year.
Of these agreements, 61 have already been signed while the remaining 44 are under negotiation, Venezuela’s interim president Delcy RodrĂguez announced on 8 Oct. 2026 during the 82nd annual assembly of Fedecámaras.

She also mentioned 18 agreements in the mining sector, without providing specifics, but which seek to expand the country’s productive capacities and benefit workers and entrepreneurs.
