Venezuelan production at 1.2 MMb/d, confirms  Delcy Rodríguez

CARACAS, VENEZUELA (By Piero Stewart, Editores Latin Petroleum, 25.Aug.2026, Words: 97) — Venezuela’s interim president Delcy Rodríguez announced the OPEC country’s oil production exceeded 1,230,000 barrels per day (b/d), reaching its highest level since Feb. 2019.

This, during a national address 25 Aug. 2026 broadcast on Venezuelan television.

Also, Delcy mentioned 50 strategic agreements were signed in the oil and gas sector, which will bring new investments to more than 76 hydrocarbon production areas.
