The northern border region accounts for half of the 20 new industrial parks incorporated into Plan Mexico: 10 complexes distributed between Coahuila and Nuevo León, covering 3.16 million m2 and housing 75 companies, the Mexican daily Expansion reported on 25 Oct. 2026.
Collectively, the new developments represent an initial investment of $763mn and aim to strengthen the country’s industrial infrastructure.
