Vessel “El Victorioso” reaches La Guaira state

CARACAS, VENEZUELA (By Piero Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 6.Aug.2026, Words: 106) — As part of the response deployed by the Venezuelan national government following the dual earthquakes of 24 Jun. 2026, the vessel “El Victorioso” arrived in La Guaira state.
