“Two very good pieces of news regarding the economic results. The first is record FDI. Comparing the first three months of different years, from 2018 to the present, this year’s figure was $23.591 billion, a historic record for FDI in the first quarter of 2026,” Mexico’s president Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo highlighted on 26 May 2026 during her morning presser.
