SALVADOR, BRAZIL (By Pedro Silva, Energy Analytics Institute, 9.Jul.2025, Words: 155) — Brazil’s state-owned Petrobras signed an agreement with Woodlands-based Excelerate Energy for the installation of a reliquefaction unit on the FSRU Experience, located in Guanabara Bay, Brazil.
The reliquefaction unit is expected to be installed during the next planned dry dock for the Experience, according to Excelerate.
