FACT SHEET: PetroEcuador refineries have 175 Mb/d capacity

HOUSTON, TEXAS (Clifford Fingers III, Energy Analytics Institute, 5.Apr.2016, Clifford Fingers III, Words: 88) – EP PetroEcuador’s 3 refineries — Esmeraldas, La Libertad and Shushufindi — had a combined processing capacity of 175,000 barrels per day (b/d) at year end 2015, reported the state company in an official statement.

The largest refinery is Esmeraldas, with a 110,000 b/d processing capacity. Followed thereafter by La Libertad (45,000 b/d) and finally Shushufindi (20,000 b/d).
