This statement — in reference to the massive US military buildup in the Caribbean Sea and ongoing US military attacks on alleged drug traffickers in the Atlantic and Pacific — was addressed in a letter to the permanent representative of the Republic of Slovenia to the United Nations president of the security council ambassador Samuel Zbogar.
