(Energy Analytics Institute, 7.Dec.2022) — Colombia’s Minister of Mines and Energy Irene Vélez Torres welcomed Clara Liliana Guatame Aponte as the new president of the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH).
The act took place in Bogotá on 7 December 2022, the ANH announced on a statement on its website.
