(Energy Analytics Institute, 9.Jul.2022) — Guyana’s President Dr Mohamed Irfaan Ali told a delegation of over 60 representatives from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Deputy Minister for Investors Outreach, Badr al Badr, that Guyana was ready not to only have conversations but to make investment decisions.

Ali, who delivered the feature address at the Guyana-Saudi Arabia Investment Engagement at the Arthur Chung Conference Centre (ACCC) on 9 July 2022, said in an official statement on Facebook that the small South American country was developing rapidly and would be able to benefit from Saudi Arabia’s expertise and experience.

“If you want a partner who will work with you in a decent, honest and transparent manner, then you have a partner in Guyana,” Ali said 9 July 2022.
