Russia And Venezuela Strengthen Cooperation

A Russian-Venezuelan high-level intergovernmental commission (CIAN by its Spanish acronym) signed 12 important legal instruments aimed at strengthening strategic cooperation between both countries.

“We signed 12 important agreements in the areas of oil, mining, industry, health, education, science and technology, and in the cultural sphere, to raise the level of our cooperation,” Venezuela’s economic vice president Tareck El Aissami was quoted as saying 30 March 2021 in an official statement released by PDVSA.

YPF Eyes Shareholders’ Meeting On 30 April 2021

Argentina’s state oil company YPF announced its board of directors, at its meeting held on 29 March 2021, resolved to call a general ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on 30 April 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
