(Energy Analytics Institute, 6.Oct.2020) — Ecuador’s Minister of Energy and Non-Renewable Natural Resources René Ortiz commissioned César Vásquez as the country’s Deputy Minister of Mines.
Vásquez is a mining engineer from the Central University of Ecuador and has more than 12 years of experience in the country’s mining and electricity sector, the MERNNR announced 6 October 2020 in an official statement.
