(Energy Analytics Institute, Aaron Simonsky, 25.Apr.2019) — Argentina shipped an average of almost 6 million cubic meters per day (MMcmd/) of natural gas to Chile during the first quarter of 2019, while a peak of 9.6 MMcm/d was achieved in March 2019, Argentina’s Energy Secretariat announced on 25 April 2019 in an official statement.
Argentina, which suspended natural gas exports to Chile in 2007, recommenced exports to its South American neighbor in late 2018.
