The placement was at 5.261% with a spread of 215 basis points over the benchmark 10-year U.S. Treasury Bond, while coverage was 5.25%. Capital amortizations are in years 9, 10 and 11, the company announced in an official statement on its website.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and Scotiabank acted as placement agents.
