MEXICO CITY, MEXICO (By Fidencio Casillas, Editores Latin Petroleum, 14.Sep.2026, Words: 138) â The Mexican company used by PetrĂłleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) to send crude oil to Cuba has changed its name for the second time in less than 6 months.
And, this time the company also modified its export strategy to the island.
The first name change occurred on 31 Mar. 2026, when the company that originally operated as Gasolinas Bienestar became Servicios LogĂsticos Integrales Mumiya, the daily El Financiero reported on 14 Sep. 2026.Â
Subsequently, it changed its name again to Servicios LogĂsticos y Recursos EstratĂ©gicos on 22 May, according to Form 6K filed by PEMEX with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
