MONTERREY, MEXICO (By Isaac Silvestre with Pietro D. Pitts, Energy Analytics Institute, 23.Jun.2026, Words: 300) — PETROBRAS and Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic and technical cooperation for the assessment, development and joint execution of projects in the hydrocarbons industry.
These include development of opportunities in the exploration and production (E&P) and industrial processes areas, as well as the exchange of experiences on regulatory and institutional aspects of the sector.
