BELIZE CITY, BELIZE (Aaron Simonsky, Energy Analytics Institute, 24.Mar.2025) — Petrobras found the presence of hydrocarbons in the Campos Basin pre-salt 1-BRSA-1394-RJS exploratory well located in the Norte de Brava block.
The well is situated 105km from the state of Rio de Janeiro at a water depth of 575m, Petrobras announced on 24 Mar. 2025 in an official statement. The drilling of the well has been completed, and it is currently undergoing final wireline loggings.
