This, according to comments made by Mexico’s secretary of economy Marcelo Ebrard CasaubĂłn during the conference InnovaFest held in QuerĂ©taro. There, Ebrard also acknowledged âsubstantial progressâ in the dialogue between the Mexican team and the US government.
