IMF and Bolivian government agree on initial $1.9bn disbursement

CARACAS, VENEZUELA (By Piero Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 29.Jul.2026, Words: 102) — After months of negotiations, the Bolivian government and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) reached an agreement to finance reconstruction of the national economy.
