The affected countries include the Caribbean Netherlands: Aruba and Curacao, according to initial reports.
The first had a magnitude of 7.2 while the second had a magnitude of 7.5.
The second quake is the largest ever instrumentally recorded in this region, according to reports by Venezuela’s engineering department at the Universidad de Los Andes, also known as ULA.
