This, for the second consecutive year.

The DJ BIC World is a global index aimed at investors seeking assets with excellence in sustainability, evaluating best practices in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management.
In this DJ BIC assessment cycle, “PETROBRAS stood out in criteria related to transparency and reporting, community relations, human capital management, water management, information security, and climate strategy,” the company announced on 4 May 2026 in an official statement.

“Maintaining qualification for the DJ BIC World represents recognition of PETROBRAS’ efforts and initiatives, aligned with our 2026–2030 Business Plan, which aims to build a more sustainable world by combining value creation, respect for the environment, and total care for people,” the company said.
