PANAMA CITY, PANAMA (By Piero Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 20.Apr.2026, Words: 222) — The so-called “Great National Pilgrimage” seeks to establish a new spirituality for the people, according to Venezuela’s interim president Delcy Rodríguez.
Speaking from the Basilica of Our Lady of Chiquinquirá in Maracaibo, Zulia state, Rodríguez recalled that millions of Venezuelan children have been born during the economic blockade of the last 10 years. She lamented “those children do not know what a country with economic freedom and social well-being is like,” and stressed the need to work to improve their living conditions.
