BOGOTA, COLOMBIA (By Ana Sanches, Energy Analytics Institute, 17.Sep.2025, Words: 319) — Westlawn Americas Offshore LLC (WAO) completed a transaction in which it acquired a 30% non-operated working interest in the Z-61, Z-62, and Z-63 blocks offshore Peru.
The working interest was acquired pursuant to the farmout agreement signed previously between WAO’s affiliate Westlawn Peru S.A.C. (WAO Peru), and Anadarko Peru Limited, a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation (Oxy).
