Rodríguez, in the company of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) president Héctor Obregón and other members of the hydrocarbon ministry continue to review various gas strategies related to the special gas plan as part of a mandate to expedite the export of Venezuela’s vast gas reserves.
