PANAMA CITY, PANAMA (Piero Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 16.May.2025, Words: 227) — Calgary-based Touchstone Exploration Inc. successfully closed the previously announced acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Shell Trinidad Central Block Limited (STCBL) on 15 May 2025.
“The closing of this acquisition marks a significant milestone for Touchstone as we continue to expand our portfolio of high-quality assets in Trinidad,” Touchstone president and chief executive officer (CEO) Paul Baay said on 16 May 2025 in an official company statement.
