(Energy Analytics Institute, 30.May.2024) — Colombia’s state-owned Ecopetrol S.A. (BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC) reported that the amendment to its bylaws was registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá on 29 Mar. 2024.
This amendment was approved by the General Shareholders’ Assembly in an ordinary session held on 22 Mar., and is contained in Public Deed No. 3136 of 21 May, executed by Notary 68 of the Bogotá D.C. District, Ecopetrol announced 30 May in an official statement.
The company said this register does not include the corporate purpose amendment approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders mentioned above.
