(Petrobras, 5.Nov.2021) — Petrobras clarifies that, due to news released in the media recently, consulted its controlling shareholder on the existence of information to be disclosed to the market in accordance with the CVM Resolution 44/2021.
In communication received on 3 November 2021, the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) responded to the consultation stating that there is no knowledge of the existence of any relevant decision, act or fact of the Federal Union to be communicated to Petrobras for subsequent disclosure to the market.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Economy (ME) sent formal communication reporting that there is no relevant fact to be communicated to the market by the Federal Union at this time or recommendation of inclusion of Petrobras destatization in the investment partnership program and there are no studies or ongoing evaluations that deal with the theme under the special secretary of the ME Investment Partnership Program.
