(Energy Analytics Institute, 23.Jan.2021) — Construction work at the Dos Bocas refinery in Mexico continues to move forward, announced Mexico’s Energy Secretariat Rocio Nahle.
Nahle is seen here explaining work at the refinery to other energy sector workers while she also monitored the arrival of new equipment from state oil company Pemex.
