(Energy Analytics Institute, 20.Nov.2020) — Bolivia’s state oil and gas entity Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) named engineer Wilson Zelaya Prudencio as the company’s new executive president.
Zelaya was born on 18 December 1965 in Camiri, Santa Cruz. He holds a degree in industrial mechanics engineering obtained in 1990 from the Metodista de Piracicaba University in Brazil.
In the new position Zelaya will be charged with starting Bolivia’s ammonia and urea plant as well as the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons and the industrialization of natural gas.
