Pan American Announces Garayalde Wind Farm Start-Up

(Energy Analytics Institute, Aaron Simonsky, 20.Dec.2018) — Pan American Energy’s (PAE) first renewable energy market development, the Garayalde Wind Farm located in the province of Chubut about 200 km from Comodoro Rivadavia, started generating power, the company announced in an official statement.

The farm, which required an investment of $40 million, came into operation with an installed capacity of 24.15 megawatts and capacity to meet the annual electricity consumption of more than 20,000 homes, the company said.
