(Energy Analytics Institute, Piero Stewart, 20.Dec.2018) — PDVSA Intevep and Hartung Hermanos Sucesores, C.A. signed a Letter Of Intent (LOI) with the aim to implement technology that will assist in the reduction of costs and increase crude oil production in inactive wells in mature fields, announced PDVSA in an official statement.
