ATLANTA, GEORGIA (By Chad Archey, Energy Analytics Institute, 29.Sep.2026, Words: 98) — PETROBRAS received a payment of R$ 2.3bn related to the economic subsidy for diesel commercialization.
The payment covers the period from 16-31 Jul. 2026, pursuant to provisional measure no. 1,363/2026.
With this payment, PETROBRAS has received cumulative amounts to date under the diesel, gasoline, and LPG subsidy programs in the amount of R$ 12.2bn, the company announced on 29 Sep. 2026 in an official statement.
