This, through the construction of 1.8 million homes under the housing for well-being program, distribution of 1.8 million housing improvement grants, issuance of 1 million property deeds and 1.8 million loans for workers earning more than 2 minimum wages, as well as restructuring of 5.1 million unpayable loans.
