BOGOTĂ, COLOMBIA (By Brava Energia, 07.Jul.2026, Words: 179) â Brava Energia S.A., in compliance with CVM Resolution No. 44/2021, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it received, on this date, Official Letter No. 156/2026/CVM/SRE/GER-1, through which the Securities Registration Superintendence of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) communicated the ratification of the understanding previously expressed by the CVM’s technical area and the referral of the appeal filed within the scope of the tender offer for acquisition of control of the company for consideration by the CVM Collegiate Board, pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 46/2021.
The company informs that it will monitor the proceedings of the referred appeal before the CVM Collegiate Board and will keep its shareholders and the market duly informed of any material developments.
The company further clarifies that it is not aware of any change to the tender offer’s terms and conditions as previously disclosed to the market, and the information contained in the offer’s public documentation remains valid, subject to any developments arising from the CVM Collegiate Board’s consideration of the appeal.
