The success of it has led to the subsequent launch of My Dräger which now combines the capabilities of the Dräger Connect’ portal, simplifying the customer experience by bringing together multiple tools, applications, and resources into a single secure platform.
Providing a solution to multiple logins and platforms, the new all-in-one digital suite will incorporate a range of integrated features, including enhanced visibility of maintenance activities and services, equipment and asset management functionality, and greater access to controlled technical documentation, user manuals and support resources.
