MEXICO CITY, MEXICO (By Fidencio Casillas, Energy Analytics Institute, 25.Mar.2026, Words: 106) — Mexico’s president Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo emphasized that, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE), the 53 consulates in the US are being strengthened, as their primary mission is to serve Mexicans living in the neighboring country.
In nearly 3 months, 31,750,859 pesos have been invested, enabling assistance to 2,334 Mexican nationals. These funds come from the “Mexico with M for Migrant” raffle, held by the National Lottery on 15 Sep. 2025, as a tribute to Mexicans living in the U.S.
