(PDVSA) president Héctor Obregón, the governor of Anzoátegui state Luis Marcano and other national authorities led the public consultation on the Reform of the Organic Hydrocarbons Law.
The consultation occurred during an event and ceremony on 24 Jan. 2026 held at the installations of the Puerto La Cruz refinery in Anzoátegui state. The event was broadcast on Venezuelan national television.
