BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA (By Steve Stewart, Energy Analytics Institute, 13.Nov.2025, Words: 151) — PETRONAS announced appointment of Dato’ Seri TPr (Dr.) Maimunah Mohd Sharif as its property advisor taking effect from 17 Nov. 2025.
Maimunah will guide in shaping the next phase of growth in its property portfolio, primarily with regards to Sungai Besi land, Kota Madani as well as other development properties, PETRONAS announced on 13 Nov. 2025 in an official statement.
Other highlights:
— Maimunah is a globally respected leader and accredited technocrat with over 40 years of experience in sustainable urban developments,
— Maimunah graduated from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology, with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Town Planning and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Universiti Sains Malaysia, and
— Maimunah had, until recently, held the position of Mayor of Kuala Lumpur.
